Uthando the Journey is a musical event that is produced by Fanelesibonge Mavuso and Lungisa Solomon. The main purpose of the event is to give upcoming young artists a platform to showcase their talent and perform in front of an amazing audience. Due to the last successful event held in Space.com Joburg theatre, the event has become a demand. UThando The Journey is scheduled to take place on the 21st of November 2026.
The event’s concept revolves around love, love for family, God, culture, friendship and many other important things we value.
The performers will be creating a music storytelling performance, igniting the audience, with a mix of old school music from 90’s and recent popular music.
Our team involves four backing vocalists, four-piece band, two sound technical operators, two cameras operators, two program directors, and 7 performing artists. The event is a ticket selling event, it will take one day and we looking to host a 100 audience.
