The Brickhill celebrates the actress and producer’s contribution to show business in South Africa — in her time, the theatre doyenne produced classics such as Oklahoma, Lock Up Your Daughters, The King and I and Hello Dolly, alongside her husband Louis Burke.
It is fitting that her theatrical legacy takes permanent residence here: a luxury hospitality venue of plush red carpets and red velvet, hung with the memorabilia of a legendary career — and carrying the name of South Africa’s first lady of theatre.
